Philippine Center of International PEN (Poets, Playwrights, Essayists, Novelists) in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts presents Archipelagic Feasts, Tropical Disasters: 2011 Philippine PEN Congress on the Literature of Survival on December 1-2, 2011 (Thursday-Friday), 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. to be held at the Silangan Hall, Cultural Center of the Philippines.
Overall Convenors are FILCOLS member Bienvenido Lumbera and Lito B. Zulueta.

The Keynote Speaker will be Mr. Rony Diaz to be introduced by Susan Lara.
The Jose Rizal Lecturer is history master Ambeth Ocampo to be introduced by FILCOLS Board Member Charlson Ong.
