CEBUANO authors, literature teachers, scriptwriters and composers attended a seminar on intellectual property rights last Aug. 21 at the Turtle?s Nest on Gorordo Avenue, Cebu City.
The free seminar was organized by Bathalan-ong Halad sa Dagang Inc. (Bathalad) Cebu headed by Gen Mijares.
